Our First-Time Homebuyer Workshops are designed to provide a comprehensive overview of the homebuying process in a group setting. Led by HUD-Certified Housing Counselors and trusted community partners, these workshops equip participants with the knowledge and tools needed to move forward with clarity and confidence.

Workshop topics include:

  • Mortgage options, including USDA and other affordable loan programs
